The final part of our flights was on a roomy 747-8; we were right by the back and as a result were regularly plied with drink, and then offered a top up to “finish the bottle”.
After all the free wine and food (although Erin stuck to soft drinks), I ended up being the end of a domino run of tired Megson girls!
At about 14:30 local time (22:30ish back home) we landed, searched out our cases, and grabbed a limo to the hotel.
Now to grab a 20 minute freshen up and time to have a quick explore and food, then catch up on some well needed sleep!
