A lot of driving over the last two days; we started out from Valemount and took the highway to Jasper, then onwards to Cadmore (just east of Banff). The scenery was amazing.
Along the way we saw waterfalls, elk, bear, rivers, mountains – a lot of nature. We stopped in Banff for dinner, and found an old Cambridge favourite – Chili’s!
After a sleep in Cadmore, we headed back to Banff for a dip in the hot springs. A few dips in, and feeling suitably cleansed, we headed onwards to Salmon Arm. Again, brilliant scenery along the way.
I am writing this from our last night “on the road” – our hotel has a pool and hot tub, so a nice long dip after breakfast before hitting the road!
