So… that went well!
Thanks so much to Steve for driving us to Heathrow to fly; that went smoothly at least! The drive was great, but then somebody (me) managed to screw up my wife’s boarding pass and visa application… booked under married name, not as appearing on passport!
After an extremely tense wait, and the help of a lovely desk person called Vejal, we got it all resolved!
So after a fraught hour here we are, ready and waiting for the gate to open! Bye England!
